Every year the Board of Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation receives proposal for Romanian Medal of Honor from qualified academics, experts in international relations , Romanian politics personalities, former recipient of the medal for ROMANIA MEDAL OF HONOR.

 

 H.E. Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lebanon receives ROMANIA MEDAL OF HONOR

 

 Final decision 

The final decision rest on the Director of Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation, he approves the names of medals receivers, sign the decree and the confirmation patent.

Advises and proposal for awarding ROMANIA MEDAL OF HONOR comes from:

-         Members of Romanian Parliament and National Government

-         Former recipients of the award

-         Present members  of Board of Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation are ex officio participating

-         Former members of  Board of Institute of International Relations and Economic Cooperation are participating by invitation only

-         University professors from fields of history , international relations, law, theology and political science

-         Important personalities
